Parents were made to wait outside the School gate - Unprofessional isn't?

Around 50 parents went to The Schram Academy, Maduravoyal Campus on the 19th April they were made to wait for 45 minutes to be allowed inside. Prabha mam asked only 5 parents to enter, but parents declined stating either Prabha mam come out and speak or allow all the parents inside. Once they were inside to meet the principal, parents expressed the dissatisfaction of being made to wait and requested for meeting with Dr. Schram. Management said they will arrange next week since she will be arriving/arrived from outside India. Parents also conveyed, if there no positive response from the school, next step will be legal. A letter was written with parents signature on it.
